QGIS map of Figure 3B-D, enabling to turn on/off layers for better visibility. To display the map in QGIS, open file 'CWC_Fig3.qgz'; layers are stored in zip folder 'world_map.zip' (if they do not open automatically, repair data source in QGIS by choosing the directory of the 'world_map.zip' folder.

R Code to plot Figures 4 & 5, and code to download and clean obis data for cold-water corals.
